Returns
Eligibility for Returns
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
Timeframe:Â 24 hours after receipt of the goods.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items
Return Process
Request a Return:

Provide your order details and your reasons for the return
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping:Â you will be responsible for a two-way cost of shipping the return item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable
Refunds
Refund Eligibility
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Process
Approval: If your return is approved; we will initiate a refund to your original mode of payment.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 2-4 days from the date of notification of approval.
Warranty
Items under manufacturers warranty will be accepted for return accompanied with a signed warranty card and will be acted upon within stipulated manufacturers policy.
Once the manufacturer is contacted, we will provide feedback on the next cause of action.
When the item is ready for collection, we shall notify you within 24 hours on arrangements for your preferred mode of delivery.
