Installment Payment Plan – Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in our Installment Payment Plan (also known as the “Goal Payment Plan”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Purpose

This plan is designed to help customers acquire kitchenware and home improvement products by setting a savings goal and paying towards it over a maximum period of 3 months.

2. Setting a Goal

Customers can choose specific products or set a savings target (e.g., Ksh. 10,000).

The plan is valid for up to 3 months from the date of registration.

Payments can be made at the customer’s convenience, as long as the full amount is paid within the 3-month period.

3. Payment Details

Interest-Free: No interest or extra charges apply.

Payments may be made via cash, M-Pesa, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.

A record of payments will be maintained and provided upon request.

4. Product Collection

Products will only be released once the full goal amount has been paid.

Customers who complete payment within 3 months will receive the agreed-upon product(s).

5. Incomplete Payment

If the goal is not completed within 3 months:

No cash refunds will be provided for payments made.

Customers may select alternative product(s) equal to the amount paid.

If no selection is made within 14 days after the plan expires, Glahpe Merchants may charge a holding/storage fee or cancel the plan.

6. Cancellations & Changes

Customers who cancel early are still subject to the no-cash-refund policy.

They may choose product(s) equal to the amount already paid.

Changes in product selection depend on availability and current pricing.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for tracking their payments and timeline.

Glahpe Merchants is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment systems.

8. Updates to Terms

Glahpe Merchants Limited reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
